What to expect
While your first class might feel a little daunting, don't worry - our expert instructors are here to guide you every step of the way. At RE+FORM, we believe in movement with precision, power and poise, and our reformer classes are designed to push you while keeping you supported.

Before your class:
Arrive 10 minutes early - This is essential for getting set up, completing our registration form, meet your instructor and familiarising yourself with the reformer. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join the class.

Grip socks are mandatory - You can bring your own or purchase our MoveActive grip socks from our studio, available in all sizes!

Our classes are for everyone and we encourage you to move at your own pace with the right support from our instructors.
RE+LITE (beginner)

Power up your pregnancy with RE+BUMP pilates designed for mums-to-be 12 weeks and beyond.

Pure power, precision, and sculpting strength, for those ready to level up - designed for those who've attended a RE+LITE class.
RE+BABY
A safe supportive class for new mums to strengthen their core, boost energy, and bond with their baby.
